ShootScheduler is a collaborative business bringing together an active real estate photography operator and an established marketing firm. Our combined experience shapes the whole offering: how your business is presented, how your services are sold, and how clients book.

Our founder runs TWIN IT Virtual Tours in Texas and knows the booking problem firsthand. His work runs from residential listings up to institutional jobs like the Institute of Texan Cultures building for UTSA, and for years every one of those shoots got booked the same way. Quoting from memory between rooms, checking the calendar from a parking lot, and chasing payment after the photos had already been delivered. So he built the booking system he wanted for his own company: one that quotes by square footage the way this work is actually priced, books against a calendar that tells the truth, and takes payment before the shoot instead of after. TWIN IT is moving its own booking onto it now.

The TWIN IT website was built by the same marketing team that builds every ShootScheduler site, and it has brought in real work. That is the site we build for other photographers: designed to win the job, with the booking done before you hear about it.

That mix is the point. We understand the marketing behind a photography business and the work behind a property shoot, and bring both perspectives to the website and booking experience.
