Your client opens your booking page
The booking page is part of the website we build you, so a client lands on your site, sees your work, and books without leaving. It also has its own web address, so you can link to it from an email signature, a text, or your Google Business Profile.
They see the price before you ever hear about it
Quotes come from your own tier sheet. Each service gets its own square-footage tiers, priced by you, and your client gets a quote after entering the property address and size. No "request a quote" form, no phone tag, and no giving up an email address just to see a number. Acreage-priced services and land-only jobs are supported for drone and vacant-land work.
They pick a slot you can actually make
Availability uses your working hours, service duration, booking buffers and busy periods on the connected Google account's primary calendar. ShootScheduler bookings are added to that calendar.
If two clients try to reserve the same slot, only one reservation can succeed. We configure the hours and buffers around the way you schedule your shoots.
They pay up front
Card payment happens at booking, through your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record. The money goes straight to you, the charge carries your statement descriptor, and it all shows in your own Stripe dashboard. You choose what gets collected up front. Take the full amount at booking, or just a deposit, sized as a percentage of the job or a flat dollar amount, with the remainder due at the appointment. Promo codes work at checkout if you want to run them.
The emails go out as your business
Confirmation and reminder emails send automatically, branded as your company, with wording you can customize. After the job, an automatic review-request email goes out so the ask happens while the shoot is still fresh. You control the wording and the timing on all of it.
Setup
Setup is done for you
You don't configure any of this alone. We set up your services, your price tiers, your calendar connection, your Stripe account link, and the booking page on your site. Month to month, no contracts.
Delivery
Your delivery workflow stays yours
ShootScheduler handles quoting, scheduling, and payment, and deliberately stays out of media delivery. Keep delivering through whatever you use today. We review how booking information reaches your delivery tools during setup; an automatic order handoff is not included by default.
