shootscheduler.com is an informational site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The contact page has one form. What you enter there, your name, email, business name, and message, is emailed to us so we can reply, and used for nothing else. The same goes for anything you email us directly.

What the service does

ShootScheduler is online booking software used by photography and 3D-scanning businesses ("operators"). Customers use it to get a price, pick a time, and pay the operator for an appointment. The service runs at app.shootscheduler.com.

What we collect from booking customers

Name, email address, phone number, and the property address for the appointment. This is used to schedule the job, send confirmations and reminders, and let the customer reschedule or cancel. It is shared with the operator they booked, and with no one else.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe on the operator's own Stripe account. We never see or store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Google Calendar access (operators only)

An operator can connect their Google Calendar. We use that access for exactly two things: to read busy times so the booking page does not offer times they are already busy, and to add, move, or remove the calendar events for bookings made through this service. We do not read event details other than busy or free, we do not store calendar contents, and we do not share calendar data with anyone. The operator can disconnect at any time from their settings, which deletes the stored access token.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Email

Confirmations, reminders, and booking changes are sent by email on behalf of the operator. Replies go to the operator. We do not send marketing email to booking customers.

Retention and deletion

Booking records are kept so operators have a history of their jobs. A customer or operator can ask for their data to be deleted by contacting the operator they booked with, or by writing to us directly at the address below.
