What do I get?
A complete website designed and built for your business, with the booking page built in from the first day. Your clients get a price by square footage, a real calendar, and payment at booking. You get a site that books work while you're out shooting. Pricing is here.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Most of the sites we see are a portfolio with a contact form, and the form hands you the quoting and scheduling to do by hand. We build a new site around booking, so a client can see your work, get a price, and book in one sitting. Tell us what you have today on the call and we'll go from there.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. The site goes live at the domain you already own. If you don't have one yet, we help you pick one.
What does the $100 a month cover?
Your scheduling system and your website management fee, wrapped up in one. That's the booking page with instant quotes, real calendar availability, and payment through your own Stripe account, plus hosting, small updates, and routine upkeep on the site. Larger changes, like a redesign or a whole new section, are quoted separately.
What do you need from me to build the site?
A conversation about your business, your services and prices, your best work, and your logo. We design and build around that, you review it, we adjust, and it goes live. The scheduler setup is done for you too: services, price tiers, calendar connection, and Stripe.
Is there a contract? What if I stop?
No contract. Everything is month to month. If you stop, the scheduler and site care end with your last month, and the site is yours.
Can I see it working before I talk to anyone?
Yes. The demo is a real booking page running on ShootScheduler, set up the way a photography company would use it. Enter a square footage, get a price, and walk the whole booking flow. No payment is taken there.
Who processes the payments?
Your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record, the money goes straight to you, the charge shows your statement descriptor, and everything appears in your own Stripe dashboard. ShootScheduler never holds your money.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. The monthly fee is flat. No per-booking fee, no percentage of payments, no booking caps. You pay Stripe's normal card processing, the same as if you'd charged the card yourself.
Is there a cap on how many bookings I can take?
No. Take as many bookings as you can shoot. The monthly fee stays flat no matter the volume, with no per-booking fees and no percentage of your payments.
Can I take a deposit instead of full payment?
Yes. Take full payment at booking, or collect just a deposit up front, sized as a percentage of the job or a flat dollar amount, with the remainder due at the appointment. Your choice, per your settings.
How does it know when I'm actually free?
It checks busy periods on the connected Google account's primary calendar, along with configured hours, service duration and booking buffers. ShootScheduler bookings are added to that calendar.
Can it double-book me?
The system prevents overlapping reservations for the same booking resource, including when two clients try to reserve the same slot. Your working hours and external appointments still need to be kept current.
Can clients see prices without handing over their contact info?
Yes. Clients enter the property address and size and request a quote before providing a name or email address.
Can I price by lot size for drone or land work?
Yes. Services can price by lot acreage instead of interior square footage, and land-only jobs without a structure are supported.
Can I link straight to the booking page?
Yes. The booking page is part of your site, and it also has its own web address, so you can put it in an email signature, a text, or your Google Business Profile, the same way an Acuity or Calendly link works today.
What about twilight shoots?
Twilight services can use sunset-based appointment windows for the shoot date and location. We confirm the service configuration during setup.
